| 摘 要： | 医疗保障作为社会保障的一个重要组成部分,不仅关系到人民身体健康水平的提高,而且影响到社会稳定、经济发展。文章针对目前我国医疗保障制度模式存在的诸多问题,通过对我国不同医疗保障制度模式及其价值取向的分析,论证了公平优先、兼顾效率应是目前我国医疗保障的基本原则。

| Abstract: | Medical security system is a vital part of the social security system,promoting the level of people's physical health,the stability of the society and the development of economy.In order to solve the problems in China's medical security system,this study analyzes different modes of medical security system and their value orientations in China and demonstrates that the present principle of China's medical security should be that equity is the priority with the attention to efficiency at the same time. |
