浅析特殊学校隐性课程的发展现状及其对策

摘    要:特殊学校隐性课程的发展取得了一定的成绩,但在精神形态、制度形态和学校规章制度方面仍然存在一些问题。其中的原因主要有对隐性课程的观念不强,在教学实践中容易忽视;特殊学校办学资源缺乏,经费紧张;社会各界缺乏相应的关注。因此,特殊学校隐性课程的发展要更新观念,加强校园精神文化环境建设;加强社会各界对特殊教育的认识和资金投入;优化特殊学校物质环境,为特殊学生创设良好的生活、学习环境;完善特殊学校各种规章制度和管理体制的建设,推进制度实践化。

Abstract:There are some achievements in hidden curriculum of special schools, but some prolems still exist in the ideology, physical and the regulation aspects.The main reasons are :the level of teachers' occupational diathesis is lower;the resources and outlay are not enongh in special schools;the society doesn't pay much attention to their development. It is imperative to update the concept ,construct equal relationship between the teachers and the students, strengthen the teachers' morality and the spiritual environment's construction; change the cognition to the special education and invest more capital; reform the physical environment for the special students; promote carrying out the regulation construction.
