| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代中期以来,随着世界经济全球化不断深入和发展,跨国并购狂潮迭起,一浪高过一浪,并呈现出一些鲜明的特点.其数量之多、规模之大、影响之广,已引起世人瞩目.在分析了跨国并购的现状、特点后,探索了跨国并购对世界经济及我国经济所产生的深远影响.最后在借鉴发达国家成功经验的基础上,提出了我国应采取的相应对策.

| Abstract: | Since the middle of 1990's,cross-border mergers and acquisitions have undergone many rises with the deepening and developing of economy globalization and shown some distinct characteristics.The large quantity,scale and extensive impact have been impressive in the world. This article analyzes the status quo and characteristics of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and their deep impact upon world economy and our country's economy.By drawing some successful experiences from the developed countries the article put forward some corresponding countermeasures for our country. |
