神经功能保护治疗仪的压控恒流源电路的研制

摘    要:本文设计的单极性输入双极性输出压控恒流源电路是神经保护治疗仪的重要组成部分,它由CPLD电路产生极性相反的脉冲控制三极管组成的电流换向开关来选择输出极性。其V/I转换系数、带负载能力(包括输出电流的大小及负载电阻的大小范围)可以通过合理设计电路参数来实现,实验证明,该恒流源电路具有良好的线性和电气安全性,能很好的满足神经功能保护治疗仪的要求。

Abstract:A kind of VCCS(voltage controlled current source) with polar input and bipolar output powered by an polar power supply at the stage of output is developed, which was a key part of the instrument for neuroprotective treatment. Its output polarity is determined by the four NPN transistors controlled by two input pulses which is output of the CPLD circuit. The converting coefficient, the load capacity and the entailed output current of the VCCS can be achieved through changing the related coefficients. Experimental results proved that this type of VCCS has desirable linear character, high stability and safety, it can cater the requirements of the instrument for neuroprotective treatment.
