| 摘 要： | 史传的创作主要在为天,讲史主要在为民,而章回小说则主要在为己,这些不同的创作目的在很大程度上决定了它们的文体面貌,而创作目的的变化也正是史传发展为讲史、讲史又进一步发展为章回小说的重要因素.

| Abstract: | This paper penetrates into the evolution of creation initative of the three major genres in Chinese lengthy narrative literature, e.g. historical tales, history narration and traditional Chinese novels. The author holds that historical tales are mainly created for heaven's sake; history narration for common people while traditional Chinese novels for the writers themselves. The styles of these genres are mostly decided by their creation initiative. The changes of creation initative promoted the evolution from historical tales to history narration, from history narration to traditional Chinese novels. |
