| 摘 要： | 与国有企业一样，遍布江淮大地上的民营企业对促进经济增长、增加政府财政收入、创造就业机会、提高居民收入等发挥了不可替代的作用。安徽在改善民营企业生存与发展的法律环境、强化对民营企业社会化服务、帮助民营企业拓宽融资渠道以及促进民营企业出口等做法对中国积极扶持民营企业发展具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Just like state-owned enterprises,private-owned enterprises play an essential role in promoting economic growth, increasing governmental financial income, creating employment opportunities, improving citizens＇ income and so on. It＇ s beneficial to the development of China＇ s supporting slate-owned enterprises of Anhui province＇ s practices in improving the legal environment of slate-owned enterprises＇ existence and development, enhancing social services of state-owned enterprises, helping expand financial channels and encouraging exports. |
