| 摘 要： | 行政文明建设是政治文明建设的重要组成部分。加强行政文明建设必须首先树立科学的行政文明主体观念。行政文明主体观念主要包括行政科学观、行政平等观、行政法制观、行政民主观、行政效率观等等。科学的行政文明主体观念是行政工作的指导,也是搞好行政文明建设的前提。

The enforcement of such construction requires the scientific understanding of administration-oriented culture, which includes the view of scientific administration, and administrative equalitarian, law system, democracy and efficiency. Such idea is the guidance of administration work, and the pre-condition of well construction of administration civilization as well. |
