| 摘 要： | 金融体制改革是中国加入世界贸易组织的首要课题<服务贸易总协定>在金融服务框架下,形成了一系列基本原则和纪律;中国金融体制改革取得巨大成就,但金融业仍属幼稚产业;面对入世后的机遇和挑战,中国金融业要深化改革,尽快与国际规则和惯例接轨,融入国际金融大循环.这是中国经济全球战略中的重要组成部分.

| Abstract: | The financial reform is the main task of China's WTO accession. Under the finance service guilding of General Agreement of Service Trade , some basic principles and disciplines were formed. China financial reform have gained great success,but the financical industry is still primary industry and is facing opportunity and Challenge, China financial industry need further reform and links with international rules and regulations and fuses into international finance the big circulation. This is main part of China economic global strategy. |
