| 摘 要： | 邓小平的对外开放思想具有深厚的理论基础──马克思的世界历史思想，同时具有广泛而充分的现实依据──现在的世界是开放的世界，中国的发展离不开世界。因而，邓小平的对外开放思想更具科学性和指导性。认真把握其内在实质，将加快中国的现代化进程。
