| Abstract: | The limited handwritten chinese character is discussed in this paper.The preprocessing method is proposed.The limited handwritten chinese character is produced by pickup camcra.The proposing algorithms for chinese is a method combining regular position,regular big small,level and smooth processing,slender processing.The recognition rate is raised greatly for chinese character. |
