关于大学管理观念现代化的思考

随着知识经济的出现、高新科技的发展和21世纪的到来,大学管理必须及时摒弃滞后的、过时的管理观念,实现管理观念的现代化。该文阐述了大学管理观念现代化必须确立“以人为本”管理观、发展性动态管理观、战略规划管理观、特色强校管理观。这四个管理观是相互联系、有机统一的,必须在大学管理实践中综合考虑,才能实现大学管理观念的现代化。

The Thinking about the Modernisation of University Administrative Ideas

With the appearance of the knowledge economy,the development of the new and high technology and the arrival in the 21st century,the administrative ideas which are out of date or lag behind in time must be abandoned, the modernization of the administrative idea must be realized.This paper has explained the modernization of university administrative ideas,The modern ideas include human-centered idea,the developmental idea,strategic idea and the characteristic idea.
