摘    要:文章充分论证了开展人文教育的必要性,推进全民教育、素质教育,培养和造就"四有"人才,就必须改变轻人文教育的倾向,并在教育中大力提倡五种精神爱国、自强、重德、务实、宽容.文章提出了加强人文教育的途径和方法调查研究--制定可行的计划--构建富有时代特色的人文教育课程体系和教育内容--强化教师素质.加强人文教育,将我国的精神文明建设推向一个新阶段.

Abstract:The article proves the necessity of developing the humane education. The tendency of underestimating the humane education must be changed with advancing quality education to train and bring up "Four-Have" people. There are five spirits that should be energetically encouraged: loving our country . constantly striving to become to work,being tolerant of others. The article pus forward the method to enforce the humane education. The building of our spirit civilization will be carried to a new stage by enforcing the humane education.
