日语“缩略语”的语义获取及其使用对策——以片假名缩略语和罗马字缩略语为例

随着交际方式的增加,日语交际中出现越来越多的外来语词汇,由于这些词汇的音节数大都不符合日语词汇的认知图式和使用习惯,所以日语词汇系统对一些音节较多的词汇进行缩略,成为片假名缩略语和罗马字缩略语。这些缩略语语义仍然保持不变,但是词形和语音已经发生变化。本文试图通过调查和实例分析,考察其使用现状,并探究影响听话者和读者对语义获取的因素,在此基础上研究其使用对策。

The Acquisition of the Semantic Meaning of Abbreviations in Japanese and the Usage Strategies-A Study on Katakana Abbreviation on Alphabet Abbreviation Form

With the expansion of communication methods,increasing number of foreign and English words have entered into the Japanese vocabulary.Since the phonemes of these borrowed words do not usually conform with the cognitive pattern and usage of Japanese,those multiple-syllable words are shortened to a form of either Katakana abbreviations or Roman alphabet abbreviations.This essay intends to identify and explore the factors affecting the audience’s comprehension of these new words,based on which relative strategies to use the new vocabulary are also suggested.
