| 摘 要： | 城乡协调发展是实现和构建和谐社会的重要要求。本文在对现阶段我国城乡协调发展的制约因素和具中国特色的城乡协调发展动力机制的分析基础上，提出了实现城乡协调发展的制度框架重新确立、城乡产业协调发展、基础设施配套建设以及劳动力转移等方面的改革思路。 |

| Abstract: | Urban-rural coordinated development is an important requirement to achieve and build the harmonious society.Based on the analysis of restrict factors and dynamic mechanism with Chinese characteristics of urban-rural coordinated development at the present stage,this paper puts forward the reform ideas to achieve the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,which are reconstruction of institutional framework,industrial coordination,infrastructure construction,as well as transfer of surplus labor,etc. |
