ISO9000与高校教学质量管理

摘    要:高等学校引入ISO9000质量认证是提高高等学校教育质量的一种有效方法。就我国高等学校教育质量管理的现状而言,在我国高等学校引入ISO9000质量认证也具有相当的必要性和可行性。但是,在我国高等学校引入ISO9000质量认证有五个关键环节需要注意。其一,要正确理解ISO标准的有关术语和概念;其二,要正确理解教育作为特殊服务性行业的特点;其三,要建立切实可行的评价标准;其四,要动态地评价教育质量;其五,引进ISO9000模式要结合中国实际和高校实际。

Abstract:Colleges'quality attestation by introducing ISO9000 is an effective approach to improve colleges'education quality. As regards the current situation of the education quality management of colleges and universities in our country, it has suitable necessity and feasibility introducing the quality authentication of ISO9000 for the colleges and universities in our country. But five questions need paying attention to: Firstly, should understand the ISO relevant terms and concepts of the standard correctly; Secondly, should understand the characteristics that educate as the special service trade correctly; Thirdly, will set up feasible evaluation criterion; Fourthly, should appraise the quality of education dynamically; fifthly, should concering China and university's reality actually while introducing ISO9000 mode.
