| 摘 要： | 第十届全国人民代表大会第二次会议将人权写入宪法,此次对宪法的修改在中国的宪政史上具有里程碑的作用。人权及私有财产保障写入宪法既有可行性,又有必要性,这充分体现中国政府依法治国的决心。
