| 摘 要： | 社会主义社会是物质文明、政治文明、精神文明全面发展的社会.建设社会主义政治文明,是我国现代化建设的重要目标.发展社会主义民主政治,最根本的是要把坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国有机统一起来.要加强制度建设,实现社会主义民主政治的制度化、规范化和程序化.

| Abstract: | Socialistic society is one that its material civilization, political civilization and moral civilization are developing in all aspects. Building socialistic political civilization is an important aim of our modernization construction. Most important thing of developing socialistic democratic politics is that sticking to the leading of The Party, people self-decision and managing the state by law, moreover, we must unite this three aspects into a whole. We should strengthen institution building to realize socialistic democratic politics institutionation, standardization and programmation. |
