| 摘 要： | 二十世纪六十年代末 ,美苏争霸态势是苏攻美守 ,美国的战略重点在欧洲 ,在亚洲采取收缩政策 ,在对华关系上采取寻求打破僵局的出路和办法。中苏关系恶化到接近战争的边缘 ,从维护国际和平和国家安全利益考虑 ,中国领导人依据变化了的客观形势 ,相继调整了外交战略 ,由反帝反修转为联美遏苏 ,中美双方立场的日益接近 ,使中美大使级会谈得以恢复 ,由此结束了长达二十年的敌对状态

| Abstract: | In the end of 1960s the USA and Soviet Union's contending for hegemony is that the Soviet Union attacks and the USA defedends.The strategic point of USA is in Europe.The policy in Asia is to draw back.The USA finds many ways to break the deadlock between China and the USA.When the relationship between China and Soviet Union gets so worse that a war nearly breaks the leaders of China adjust the diplomatic policy from against imperialism and revisionism to allying the USA to defend Soviet Union considering the international peace and the safety of the country.The stand of the USA and China gradually gets close and the talks at ambassadorial level are resumed.Therefore the antagonistic state is broken at last. |
