论甘肃省民营经济与国有经济的互动与协调发展

甘肃省民营经济发展与全国相比有较大差距,已成为甘肃省经济发展水平落后于东部地区的主要原因.甘肃拥有诸多老工业基地,国有大企业多,国有经济比重高,尽管当前民营经济发展快于国有经济,但由于比重低,对增长的贡献有限,国有工业仍为增长的主体.为此,本文提出要使甘肃经济能够持续快速增长,不仅要大力发展民营经济,而且还要加快国有企业的"改制".同时二者并不是孤立的,需要相互融合,发挥其互动效应并协调发展.

On the Coordination of Private and State Enterprises in Gansu Province

The private enterprises in Gansu Province have fallen hehind compared to those of other provinces, which constitutes a major impediment to the general development of the Province.The state-run enterprises in Gansu Province,in contrast,have a solid foundation here.Despite the comparatively faster development of private enterprises than the state enterprises,the latter remains the mainstay of the economy of the province.In order for Gansu to have a sustainable development,a balanced coordination between private and state enterprises is very necessary.
