论我国当代道德建设的法治取向

我国社会主义道德建设是在法治不健全的社会环境中进行的,这一过程中存在的主要问题之一是法治视野的缺失。社会主义道德建设必须以现代法治为基础,道德规范不断进入法治领域并成为法律规范,这是人类社会进入法治文明时代,法律与道德互动的一种趋势。但是,推动法治实现实然和应然两种状态具体的历史的统一,避免道德降低为法律,也是道德建设重要的价值取向甚至是成功的标志。
