| Abstract: | The democratic centralism is both the organizational principle and the basic leading system of the Party.At present,in the process of strengthening the construction of democratic centralism,to set up and perfect the binding machnism,supervising machenism,managing machenism and operating machenism will undoubtedly help uphold democratic centralism,strengthen the work of Party building in universities so as to realize the sustainable development of colleges amd universities. |
