高等院校中长跑训练的研究

摘    要:要提高高等院校学生的中长跑运动成绩,就必须在科学训练方面下大功夫,本文将高校的中长跑运动训练划分为三个阶段,第一阶段的训练以全面发展力量,速度、耐力、爆发力和有氧能力为主。第二阶段全面提高各项身体素质,加强医务监督,注重训练后的恢复,加强战术训练,全面提高心理适应能力。第三阶段提高训练的独立性,形成自己独特的技术风格,能熟练地运用各种战略、战术,以最经济实效的训练力争取得最好的训练效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the college students' Mid-Distance Race grade,it is advisable that a great importance should be attached to the scientific training.This paper discusses to divide the Mid-Distance Race training in colleges into three stages.The first period focuses on the training of the strength,the speed,the endurance,the explosive force and the oxygen-related ability,the second period cent rates on the training of improving all-round quality,strengthening the medical supervising,developing the ability of tactics and psychological adoption,and giving attention to after-training recovery;the last period centers around developing one's own unique training style,being able to use a variety of strategies and tactics to achieve the goal of training.
