To construct socialist harmonious society is a strategy of social macro-development and an administrative pattern proposed by our Party and government in the new period.It asks objectively for guidance of scientific method because of the complexity,system and formidableness that would get involved in its undertaking.Historical materialism provides for it the general basis of methodology,while dialectics of contradiction,the theory of systematic wholeness,science of harmony and dialogic communication all constitute its concrete connotation of methodology.If these ways are followed,the healthy and steady development can be achieved with regard to the promotion of the practice of constructing harmonious society.
