| 摘 要： | 宁绍地区位于浙江省浙北平原 ,该地区土地开发利用具有悠久的历史。本文按照秦汉魏晋南北朝时期的不同历史阶段 ,侧重探讨该地区土地开发的特点、影响因素及其规律。认为秦汉之际宁绍地区人口稀少 ,土地开发利用程度非常低 ,但随着耕作技术的提高 ,水利设施的兴建 ,人口的增长 ,该地区土地资源的进一步开发利用取得了极大的进展。

| Abstract: | Explores the Ningbo-shaoxing area is a plain in Northern Zhejiang.The area had a long history of land development.The paper explores the characteristics and influencing factors and laws of the land development of the area Dynasty to the Northern and Southern Dynasties. Finally, it shows that the land development and utilizaton was at a very low level because of the sparse population in the Qin and Han Dynasties and made a remarkable advance because of the increase of farming techniques and the water conservancy projects and the increase of population after the Qin Dynasty in the Ningbo-Shaoxing area. |
