| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业是 2 1世纪新型的企业组织形式。本文论述虚拟企业的概念和特点 ,及它的发展背景。在此基础上 ,对虚拟企业的构建和影响虚拟企业成功的主要因素进行了初步探讨。
