| 摘 要： | 对江苏省邳州市农村干部群众进行的计划生育认知问卷调查显示 ,这一地区干群对计划生育的认知有了较大的变化 ,同时也发现干部和群众对某些计划生育问题的认知存在着显著性差异。干部群众对计划生育认知的变化为这一地区计划生育后进转化提供了思想基础 ,为改进这一地区的计划生育工作提供了工作思路
