农民工：区隔、边缘化与市民化

农民工现象是中国现代化进程中的特殊现象，是户籍制度区隔的产物。这种制度区隔在就业、工资福利、住房及居住管理、子女入学、社会资本积累等社会各个领域所产生的扩散效应，不仅严重地损害了农民工的利益，影响到农民工自身的生存与发展，还造成了农民工与市民间的疏离和隔阂，进而影响到社会的和谐与稳定。我国城市经济的迅速发展已经出现劳动力不足的现象，农民工市民化问题迫在眉睫。

The boom of urban economics has resulted in the short of urban labor force, so the problem of residentialization of peasant workers is extremely urgent to be settled.
