| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the monopoly foundation specific to the telecommunication operation industry from the perspectives of network characteristics,cost characteristics and resources characteristics.However,with the development of technology and market economy,market competition with telecommunication industry characteristics emerges respectively from the national-level to county-level.The interconnection and intercommunication is the key to maintain fair competition for telecommunication industry. |
