| 摘 要： | 与世界上的其它行业相比,保险业有着最为丰富的企业组织形式,而我国目前的保险企业组织形式却比较单一。单一的企业组织形式对保险业发展和保险职能发挥形成了严重的制约。研究保险企业组织形式的特点和效率,逐步在适当领域引入新的保险企业组织形式,具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Over the world, insurance industry has the widest range of organizational forms compared with other industries. However, the organization forms existing in our country's insurance industry have been quite monotone. This status hinders development of industry and its performing function. Exploring characteristics and efficiencies of insurance organizational forms and gradually introducing new insurance organizational forms into some certain area are full of realistic significance. |
