| 摘 要： | 党中央历届领袖在领导中国社会主义现代化建设中,先后提出了"任人唯贤"、"人才强国"、"人才资源是第一资源"、"以人为本"为核心内容的人才思想理论,科学地阐明了人才的内涵标准、重要性,以及吸引、使用和开发人才的政策、措施、办法,形成了完整的党的人才思想理论体系.

| Abstract: | In the course of leading Chinese socialism modernizing construction, all previous sessions central governmental leaders successively put forward a series of theory about talents such as appointing people according to their ability and political integrity, strengthening nation by talents, talents is the first resource and people oriented,clarify the connotation, standard, importance as well as policies, measures, methods to attract, appoint and explore talents, at last frame the CCP's theoretical system of talents. |
