中小企业人力资源管理外包初探

摘    要:人力资源管理外包既能节约成本,又能提高效率,为企业提供专业化的人力资源服务,是一种解决中小企业人力资源管理问题的有效途径。本文从人力资源管理外包的涵义入手,分析了中小企业采取人力资源管理外包的主要原因,最后讨论在进行外包时应注意的问题。

Abstract:Human resource management outsourcing is an efficient way for small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the problems related to human resource management by cutting cost off,improving efficiency and offering specialized services.The article firstly explains the meaning of human resource management outsourcing,then analyses the principal causes why small and medium-sized enterprises adopt outsourcing,and finally discusses several issues that small and medium-sized enterprises should pay attention to.
