四川农村基础教育的现状与对策研究

近年来，四川农村基础教育改革与发展所取得的成绩是突出的，但问题也是存在的，主要表现在四个方面：一是教育经费投入不足；二是教师现状令人担忧；三是留守儿童问题突出；四是民族地区农村基础教育发展滞后。要实现省委省政府提出的“科教兴川”战略，推进四川社会主义新农村建设，就必须加大经费投入力度，确保农村基础教育经费“三个增长”；依托地方高师院校，提升农村基础教育整体水平；强化政府责任，充分发挥政府宏观调控作用；重视媒体宣传报道，引导社会舆论关注农村基础教育。

Research on the Status Quo of the Rural Elementary Education in Sichuan and the Countermeasures

In recent years the reformation and development of the rural elementary education in Sichuan has achieved success,yet there are a few problems: a shortage of educational funds;the worrying status quo of teachers;the serious problem of home-staying children;the laggard rural elementary education in minority areas.In order to realize the plan of "prosper Sichuan by developing science and education " advocated by Sichuan government and to promote the construction of the new socialist countryside in Sichuan,more funds should be invested to ensure "an increase in three aspects": improving the rural elementary education aided by the local teachers' colleges;enhancing the responsibilities of local governments to give full play to its function of macro-economic regulation and control;making good use of media publicity to guide the public attention to the rural elementary education.
