The Thought of Countermeasure for the Chinese Commercial Bank Expansion of Personal Financial Service

Nowadays the social personal financial service has already become new lovers of the banking and a new round of competition. Especially after joining WTO, the commercial bank of foreign capitals relies on their rich economic strength and scale, advanced technological means, flexible mechanism and munificent welfare treatment, etc. to stand on the breach with the domestic commercial bank in the personal financial field and launches fierce competition. In the face of enormous opportunity and challenge of the WTO, how the commercial banks seize the opportunity and how to overcome oneself to face domestic and foreign challenging doubly has already become an important subject in front of each commercial bank. This paper is on the basis of going deep into the realities of life to make investigations,and the theory has probed into the personal financial service development,current situation of Chinese business bank and question existing in reality, so to propose with a definite target that will offer the countermeasure and suggestion to the problem.
