论大学生的法律意识及培养途径

阐述了法律意识的共性与大学生法律意识的个性。分析了当前大学生法律意识的现状：课堂教学受限,导致大学生整体法律认知水平不高;社会消极文化影响,导致大学生法制观念淡薄;社会宣传力度不够,导致缺乏应有的法律信仰。因此,要加强培养大学生法律意识,这是市场经济条件下大学生思想政治教育的重要目标;是传统道德教育获得有力支持的重要保障;也是维护大学生合法权益和适应社会发展的需要。并从从课堂知识教学、校园课外文化、社会大众传媒三方面着重探讨有效培养大学生法律意识的途径。

College students' legal consciousness and the training way

The article deals with the general character of legal consciousness and the specific character of college students' legal consciousness and analyzes the present situation of it.There are three points: First,the limited classroom teaching,which leads to the low level legal consciousness of the whole college students;Secondly,the influence of negative social culture,which leads to the students'dim legal sense;Thirdly,the not enough effort of social propaganda,which leads to the lack of due legal belief.So it becomes the important goal of students' ideological and political teaching to strengthen the training of college students' legal consciousness in the market economy,because it is the important guarantee to make the traditional moral training gain strong support and it is also the need to safeguard the students' lawful rights and interests and meet the requirements of the social development.The article mainly focus on finding the effective ways to train the college students' legal consciousness from three parts: classroom teaching;extracurricular culture and mass media.
