大学生心理志愿者培养体系探讨

对大学生心理志愿者进行理论培训不仅有利于提升其自身的心理素质,也有利于提高心理服务整体质量。调查表明:经过三轮理论培训与灾区实践活动,志愿者在总体幸福感、社会支持以及积极应对方式方面明显优于培训前。该循环培训模式能够有效地促进心理志愿者的心理成长,因此,应以此为基础,不断完善心理志愿者招募、培训、评价、保障机制,以保证他们更好地获取系统、全面的心理援助知识和技能。

Tentative Approach to the Training System for Undergraduate Psychological Volunteers

The psychological training could not only enhance the volunteers’ psychological quality,but also improve the quality of psychological service.The results suggest that the psychological training and the practice can improve volunteers’ general well being,social support and coping style during a year and a half.The mode of ’training+practice+coaching’ is effective for the mental development of volunteers for psychological therapy.Training volunteers is a long and systemic process.To ensure that the volunteers get comprehensive psychological assistance knowledge and skills,we need to establish a training system consisting of recruiting,training,evaluating and safeguarding mechanisms.
