试论我国院校研究中的信息管理建设

我国高等学校信息管理欠透明、缺乏真实性和系统性,缺乏有效的制度保障,信息管理专业人才匮乏,对院校研究所需要的数据信息不够重视,这已成为制约院校研究发展的瓶颈。应借鉴国外院校研究的经验,使政府、学校各司其职,共同建立健全学校管理的规范和监督机制,同时注重数据信息的收集管理和院校研究人才培养,不断提高院校研究人员的专业素质和职业道德,以构建科学的信息管理系统。

Information Management in Chinese Institutional Research

There are many problems in information management such as obscurity,lack of systematization,and unreality in Chinese universities.The failure in the recognition of the importance of information needed by IR and that in the formulation of an information system prevent the development of IR.Therefore,on the basis of the experience of IR in foreign institutions,we should make rules and regulations to build an information management system in higher-educational field and focus on the cultivation of talents skillful at information management and IR.
