提升欧洲对华正面认知的对策思考

近年来,欧洲对华负面认知给中国和中欧关系带来了不少负面影响,严重干扰了中欧关系的健康发展。这些负面认知主要体现在对中国形象、中国崛起、中国国内问题以及中国外交政策的认知四个方面。而我国除了理性看待这一问题外,还可从以下四个方面采取具体对策提升欧洲对华正面认识:从认知主体视角来看,需要拓展中欧不同层面的交往;从认知客体来看,政府官员需要学会如何与媒体打交道;从认知情境来看,中国可参与更多国际事务;从信息传播媒介来看,需尊重和利用对外宣传规律。

Measures for the Formulation of European Positive Cognition of China

In recent years,the problem of European negative cognition of China has brought adverse impact on and disturbed the development of China-EU relations seriously.The European negative cognition of China is mainly reflected in the following four areas: the image of China,the rise of China,China’s domestic issues and China’s foreign policies.China should treat the issue in a reasonable way.At the same time,China can take measures from the four perspectives to foster Europe’s positive cognition of China.From the perspective of cognitive subject,China need to expand China-EU exchanges at different levels.From the one of cognitive object,government officials need to learn how to deal with the media;from the one of cognitive situation,China can participate more into international affairs;and finally from the perspective of information media,China need to respect and use the laws of external publicity.
