政治社会化与高校教职工政治学习——对西南交通大学的实证研究

高校教职工政治学习目前存在重视程度不够、学习形式过时等困境,探索一种新型的学习模式势在必行。以政治社会化相关理论为基础,对统计数据进行实证分析,发现:高校教职工的思想状况总体上是积极向上的,对国家经济社会发展充满信心,但政治学习形式存在着方式陈旧呆板、系统性不够等问题。因此,为充分发挥高校党委宣传部的核心作用,应建立高校教职工政治学习的新模式,针对高校教职工的工作特点和学校各二级单位的实际情况开展政治学习,并健全教职工政治学习管理考核制度。

The Effective Form of Political Study for University Faculty and Staff

Some colleges and universities currently do not pay enough attention to political theory study,and the forms of study are outdated.So it is imperative to explore a new mode of learning.Based on the theory of Political Socialization,after analysing the data,we find that the attitudes of university faculty in general are positive and confident in the country’s economic and social development,but the modes are out of date and lack systematic control.To give full play to the functions of publicily department of CCP committees in colleges and universities,it is suggested to build a new model of political study which must address the characteristics of college faculty and focus on the specific conditions of the schools and administrative departments,and establish a series of management appraisal system in the model.
