| 摘 要： | 先秦两汉时期的儒家不反对求财致富,但强调获得财富应遵守"道义"原则。指出贫富分化的根本原因是国家基本制度设计违反"道义",造成"重税、兼并",从而使特权、垄断盛行,侵蚀人们的劳动所得,应根据"道义"原则建立相应的财富约束与调整机制,从基本制度设计上竭力防止和避免贫富分化。

| Abstract: | The Confucians in the Pre-Qin period and the Han period did not oppose the pursuit of wealth based on justice.They pointed out that the institutional weakness then was the root cause and justice could not be obtained due to privilege and monopoly.They advocated the principle of justice for a fair share of wealth by establishing some mechanism or system for controlling the accumulation of wealth. |
