论社会转型期教师的激励

世纪之交带给我们的是一个社会的转型时期。这对教师、教师的传统精神风貌 ,以及学校管理带来了猛烈的冲击。人的积极的心理构成主要是需要和动机。社会转型期的教师有迫切的物质需要、强烈的关系需要和很高的成就需要。学校管理者应根据教师的需要 ,通过物质和精神同步激励、鼓励教师积极参与学校的民主管理、构建良好的学校管理机制、营造良好的学校环境等激励策略 ,激发广大教师的工作积极性。

On Incentive for Teachers at the Changing Phase of the Society

The changing of the century brought us a changing phase of the society.giving strong impacts on teachers,their mental outlooks,and administration of schools.Need and motive is the principal constituent of a person's initiative.At the changing phase,teachers have urgent material needs,strong relative needs and high achievement needs.In order to inspire teachers' initiative,the administrators of schools should take the following tactics:material and mental encouragement,admitting the teachers into the administration of schools,constructing reasonable mechanism of school administration,constructing good material and mental environment,according to teachers' various needs at the changing phase.
