| Abstract: | Structural adjustment is the theme of Chinas economic development in the early new century. The current adjustment of Chinas economic structure is a strategic one. Then the author suggests spurring the structural adjustment by textural improvement. Finally, the obligations of the government in the structural adjustment are discussed. |
