基于知识产权战略视角的知识能力对创新绩效的影响机理研究

在知识产权战略背景下,提升知识能力是增强企业产品服务创新绩效的重要途径。通过运用SAS和Amos数据研究方法,对知识能力宽度、深度和领先度进行分析,研究企业的知识能力在知识产权战略的中介效应下对创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明,知识能力对创新绩效有正向作用;知识能力在知识产权中介效应下对创新绩效的正向影响大于知识能力单纯对于创新绩效的影响。企业可以通过加大对知识产权战略的投入来提高创新绩效。

The Effects of Knowledge Capability in Innovation Performance:Based on Intellectual Property Strategy

Under background of intellectual property strategy , enhancing knowledge capability is important method to heighten enterprise product service innovation performance .The width ,depth and leading degree of knowledge capability are analyzed by using SAS and Amos data research method .And the impacts of enterprise knowledge capability under the mediation role of intellectual property rights strategy on innovation performance are studied . Research enterprise knowledge capability in the intermediary role of intellectual property strategy impact on innovation performance .Conclusions showed that :know ledge capability has a positive effect on innovation performance;know ledge capability in the intermediary role of intellectual property rights on innovation performance positively influence more than mere intellectual capacity for innovation performance impact . Enterprises can increase investment in intellectual property strategy to improve innovation performance .
