摘    要:在传统的外语教学中,人们只重视认知因素的影响。近些年来,随着外语教学的不断深入,人们越来越多地看重情感因素。焦虑是影响外语学习的一个重要的情感因素。本文通过对外语焦虑形成原因和影响的探讨,提出了英语教学上应对外语焦虑的可行性措施。

Abstract:In traditional English teaching,people pay more attention to the influence of cognitive factors.But nowadays,as the further research of English teaching,people consider more on emotional factors.Anxiety is one of the important emotional factors influencing foreign language learning.This paper attempts to analyze the causes of anxiety and the influence followed by it.Based on this observation,this paper tries to put forward several feasible suggestions for the sake of mitigation in foreign language anxiety on English lessons.
