| Abstract: | The principle of honesty and credit is a legalized moral norm formed in the market economic activities.Essentially,the principle is a legal ethics,with characteristics of moral norm,legal norm and double functions,which is the basic business morality and a basic principle of contract law,through the whole process of the conclusion,the discharging,the termination,and the interpretation of contract. |
