| 摘 要： | 通过对早期道教经典和传统医学经典相互关系的对比考察,认为早期道教医学的源头从道教文献记载的角度至少可以上推到东汉时期.道教医学在继承以<黄帝内经>等为代表的传统医学基本理论的同时,还有着自身更为复杂的传承体系.同时,道教医学在养生疗疾实践中形成了一系列富有创见的医学理论和医学认识,如其中的丹田命门说、脑主神明说以及对于三焦、胆腑和增损饮食以求长生等方面的认识,均有待于进一步的研究和开掘.

| Abstract: | On the basis of a comparative study of the Taoist medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, the paper maintains that the Taoist medicine may date to the Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220 AD), and, with the Internal Book of the Yellow Emperor as its foundation, it has achieved a great deal of innovation and formed a very complex system in so far as dietary and regimen are concerned. Many of its unique theories are to be confirmed in future studies. |
