| Abstract: | This article analyzes the contents of university teachers' rights from the perspective of laws and regulations.In the writer's view,China's university teachers have been entitled to enjoy the right of school education,evaluation on studies and behaviors,legal treatment,participating in school administra- tion,as well as training and academic freedom.It is of active significance to improve the awareness of the legal rights of college teachers and to perfect the guarantee mechanism of university teachers' rights.A- mong these rights,the right to enjoy school education is the view point first put forward in the academic community. |
