| 摘 要： | 民族院校是国家专门为少数民族开办的高等教育机构。民族教育不仅对少数民族个体和民族地区的发展具有直接作用,而且对国家和社会的和谐发展也具有重要的意义。同时,民族高等教育,为构建和谐社会提供了人才的支持和科技的支撑,为构建和谐社会提供了文化条件和精神动力;为促进教育公平提供了保障。
