| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化使高校的教学质量成为社会关注的焦点,构建行之有效的教学质量保障体系是提高教学质量的关键所在。本文通过对大众化背景下的高等职业教学理念的再认识,探讨完善制度、监督保证、评价指标三位一体的教学质量保障体系的构成,以实现高职院校教学质量的动态管理。

| Abstract: | The popularization of high teaching quality makes college teaching quality as the focus that society pays close attention to.The key to improving teaching quality is to form effective teaching quality safeguard system.Through reviewing vocational teaching theory in the special background,the essay discusses the constitution of teaching quality safeguard system of improving the system,assuring supervision and the evaluation quota in order to finally realize dynamic management of teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. |
