论大学生信息能力的培养与高等院校图书馆建设

本文基于现代信息环境下高等院校对人才培养的要求考虑,就大学生信息能力的培养内容与可行性作初步探讨。同时,结合高等院校图书馆在实现自身建设上,从大学生信息意识的导向培养、图书馆信息资源建设、大学生文献检索课教学及图书馆人才队伍建设等方面,提出了一些具体的实施途径与策略。最后,建议应构建一个大学生信息能力培养的评价标准体系,并提出了一些合理化的建议。对培养具有适应信息社会下的高素质的大学生人才,具有一定的现实意义。

The Training of College Students' Information Capability and the Establishing of College Library

Based on the requirements of college training the intellectuals in modern society,the article does research on the contents of possibility of training students' information capability.Meanwhile,it shows the available method and strategy of establishing college library from the aspects of training the information direction,establishing library information resources,teaching the students how to make use of index and establishing the specialists who do well in library.Finally it gives some reasonable suggestions,which are good to training college students with high quality in the information society.
