| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是实现新兴工业化的必由之路，建设生态工业园区又是世界各国推进循环经济发展的重要手段，是提高资源利用率、降低环境污染、保护生态环境的最佳运作形式。为了规范生态工业园区的建设，评估园区建设和改造进程，根据生态工业园区的基本内涵和设计原则，构建了生态工业园区综合评价指标体系，并应用AHP-模糊综合评价法建立了生态工业园区综合评价模型。
